How It Works

1. Send Your Core
Ship your cylinder head to our Rock Hill, SC facility. We accept all cores – stock, previously ported, or damaged.

2. Inspection & Quote
We inspect for cracks, wear, and damage. You'll receive a detailed quote with recommended services.

3. Machining & Porting
Your head goes through our precision machining process – decking, valve guides, seats, and CNC porting.

4. Flow Testing
We verify flow numbers on our bench and compare to baseline. You'll receive before/after data.

5. Assembly
Valvetrain components installed with race-spec clearances and assembly lube.

6. Final QC & Ship
One last inspection, detailed build sheet, and secure packaging for return shipping.
